My name is Rick Otton, and I'm here to assist those "in the game" reach their full potential. I'm a 4 decade seasoned player my expertise is innovative ways to acquire assets. I specialize in acquiring these assets using little in the way of resources allowing for lower risk with increased scale and leverage.
You can’t just magically acquire the expertise necessary to be the best; it takes dedicated efffort and ongoing improvement. If you want to get to the tip of the pencil quickly, you need to start with some basic skills and then specialize. I do not develop, build, renovate, rehab or design, as I only know how to acquire and some would say I’m the best when it comes to acquiring using few personal resources to do so but I had to learn. Whilst I provide advanced business tools for individuals with experience, simple road maps and step-by-step instructions are provided for those just starting out.
